Terms & conditions

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is added at checkout. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or has been listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Product photography is representative; finishes may vary slightly on screen. Dimensions and specifications are given in the product description. Installation should be carried out by a qualified plumber.

Delivery terms, costs and timings are set out on our delivery page and form part of these terms.

You may cancel and return an order within 30 days of delivery as described on our returns page. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect installation or use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
