Returns & refunds

Tell us within 30 days of receiving your order that you want to return it. You then have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Items must be unused, uninstalled and returned in their original packaging with all parts and fittings included. Items that have been installed or damaged after delivery cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

Email flowburyuk@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Return postage is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving and passing inspection. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.

Original delivery charges are refunded when the whole order is returned within the 30-day window.

All products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Email us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
