Delivery information

Standard tracked delivery: £4.95 per order.

Free standard delivery on all orders of £75 or more.

Prices shown on the site include VAT. Delivery is charged at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the islands can take up to 8 business days.

Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it leaves our warehouse.

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship outside the UK.

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, email flowburyuk@gmail.com with your order number and we will replace it or refund you in full.
