Product summary

Sunday roast potatoes and midweek chicken wings both come out crunchy with this Smeg Collezione air fryer. Hot air whips around the basket instead of oil, so there's no preheating to wait through and dinner gets going the moment you switch it on. Two modes let you pick your finish. Crispy does exactly what it says, while Juicy+Crispy adds a splash of cold water during cooking, so the steam keeps the middle tender while the outside browns. That's handy for chicken thighs, and it works just as well on a salmon fillet you'd rather not dry out. Fancy a quick snack? Frozen breaded mushrooms go from freezer to plate without you dirtying a single baking tray.
